We have all been there. You perform a clean install of Windows (especially Windows 7 or 8.1), and you are greeted with a blurry screen, no internet access, and a half-dozen "Unknown Device" errors in Device Manager.
Ensure your network adapter is enabled in Device Manager. If it shows a yellow exclamation, the driver might be incorrect. Try manually extracting the .inf file from the ISO’s DriverPacks/Network folder and using “Update Driver → Browse my computer.”
DriverPack Solution 14 Offline ISO is a classic "time capsule" utility designed for technicians and users working on older hardware without internet access. Released around 2014, this 7.7GB+ image contains a massive database of drivers for Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8.
You cannot download drivers because you have no Ethernet or Wi-Fi driver. You cannot get Wi-Fi because you have no drivers.
